K-Pop Sensation LUCY Unveils New Album ‘Childish’: What to Expect from Their Comeback?

LUCY (Shin Ye-chan, Choi Sang-yeop, Jo Won-sang, Shin Gwang-il) dropped a teaser for the music video of the title track “All-Ages” from their second full-length album Childish on their official YouTube channel on the 27th.
The teaser offers an emotional retrospective, stitching together signature tracks from their debut “Flowering” through “Hero,” “Mirage,” “Villain,” and “Wake Up.” The montage traces the band’s musical evolution in compact, affecting scenes.
A train that evokes the pre-debut prologue film LUCY: traveler & guide makes a striking reappearance. The four members board with solemn expressions, then light up as the train pulls into LUCY ISLAND—the place that marked their beginning—raising anticipation for the full video.
Later sequences show the members playing freely on a green meadow, smiling broadly. Those moments capture LUCY’s trademark, refreshing energy and crank up excitement for their comeback.
With Childish, LUCY continues the narrative started by their first full-length album, Childhood, mapping a return to childlike wonder amid a bleak reality. Jo Won-sang, who has produced every LUCY album since their debut, again led overall production. Shin Ye-chan, Choi Sang-yeop, and Shin Gwang-il also contributed to songwriting and composition, further solidifying the band’s distinctive musical world. The 15-track record, which includes the title track “All-Ages,” spans diverse genres and showcases a wide musical range.
Childish will be released across major streaming platforms at 6 p.m. on the 29th. Following their full-group comeback, LUCY will stage a two-night solo concert, LUCY 9th CONCERT “ISLAND,” at the KSPO DOME in Olympic Park, Seoul, on May 16–17.
