[Herald Economy — Reporter Shin Dong-yoon] Lifestyle wellness brand Moodie said on the 22nd that it has officially launched two blended wellness beverages — Day Moodie and Sleep Moodie — formulated to align with modern daytime and nighttime condition rhythms.
Moodie approached daytime and nighttime body rhythms as distinct needs when designing the two products. Day Moodie is aimed at combating midday heaviness and disrupted daily routines, while Sleep Moodie is designed to ease evening tension and support a calming bedtime ritual.
Day Moodie is built on Moodie’s proprietary MDR Balance (Moodie Daily Rhythm Balance). MDR Balance targets daytime sluggishness stemming from slower metabolism, imbalanced circulation, and reduced internal fluidity. Using a composite formulation centered on plant-derived ingredients, Moodie said it achieved a refreshing mouthfeel and an easy-to-consume experience.
Sleep Moodie applies the MSR Balance (Moodie Sleep Rhythm Balance), a framework that accounts for a stable nighttime routine. MSR Balance focuses on disrupted neural rhythms and daytime-accrued tension, shaping a drinking experience intended to foster a calm mood and a more relaxed evening routine.
Rather than relying on a single-ingredient, piecemeal approach, both products use composite formulations tailored to the condition patterns that vary by time of day. Moodie emphasizes distinct rhythm balances for day and night and focuses on delivering product experiences suited to specific drinking purposes and situations instead of simply spotlighting individual ingredients.
A Moodie spokesperson said, “These beverages are not just about taste — they’re wellness blends designed around modern lifestyles and shifting daily conditions. Our core aim is to provide a light, energizing rhythm during the day and a calm, stabilizing routine at night.” The spokesperson added that Moodie plans to continue expanding its lineup with products that focus on time-of-day condition management and lifestyle wellness.
