Japan’s COVER Corporation on April 10 (U.S. Pacific Time) launched a collaborative collection that pairs hololive Production’s English unit, hololive English -Justice-, with Los Angeles–based art and apparel label OMOCAT.
Founded in 2014, OMOCAT is best known for the indie RPG OMORI. The game debuted on PC and Mac via Steam in December 2020 and later expanded to Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and Xbox; it has also been adapted into a manga and distributed internationally. OMOCAT has grown its following by showcasing fashion-forward merchandise at major North American events.
The collection’s headline piece is a hoodie featuring an illustration co-created by Raora Panthera and OMOCAT. COVER says the hoodie is one of OMOCAT’s first items produced through a direct collaboration with a talent. The drop also includes apparel, keychains, acrylic stands and skateboard decks inspired by the personalities of Justice’s four members: Elizabeth Rose Bloodflame, Gigi Murin, Cecilia Immergreen and Raora Panthera.
OMOCAT is among hololive Production’s longest-running external partners, having previously worked with hololive GAMERS, Hoshimachi Suisei and hololive English -Myth-. The Justice collection continues that partnership. OMOCAT teased the collaboration on March 30 via its official X (formerly Twitter) account @_omocat, then unveiled individual product images on April 6–9 in sequence for Elizabeth, Gigi, Cecilia and Raora. Raora also hosted a pre-release stream on her YouTube channel on March 30 to introduce the collab, drawing strong fan engagement.
Items are available for purchase through OMOCAT’s official website and ship worldwide except to mainland China. The brand also plans to offer the merchandise at upcoming North American events. Additional product images and purchase details will be released gradually through OMOCAT’s official social media.
Hololive EN has been accelerating its partnerships with overseas brands. Justice collaborated with U.S. cream-puff chain Beard Papa’s in January, and hololive English -Advent- rolled out a collaboration with a professional mahjong player in March. COVER’s strategy to expand English-language IP is branching into food and beverage, fashion, lifestyle and other sectors.
