Nahyun (16), a member of AtHeart who debuted last September, has quickly emerged as a fashion-world blue chip thanks to her striking visuals. Idol communities have lauded her looks, with some fans even placing her alongside Jang Wonyoung, Karina and Seol-yun — a comparison often abbreviated in fandom slang as “Jang-Ka-Seol.”
Fashion magazine Marie Claire recently published a beauty shoot with Nahyun on its official website. The series captures the uncanny, mysterious allure beneath her sweet features and drew an immediate, enthusiastic response.

In the spread, Nahyun asserts herself with restrained eye contact and sculpted poses that showcase her distinct personality. Her gothic-inspired styling — reminiscent of the lead character in Netflix’s Wednesday — blends girlish innocence with a cool, taut edge.
Nahyun also leaned into playful unpredictability with odd-eye styling using red and green lenses, and freckle makeup that gave her pale skin a blurred, blood-tinged flush. She even pulled off a quirky yet composed vibe while holding a piece of candy in her mouth, demonstrating a broad stylistic range.

From the moment she debuted, Nahyun has stood out for her unique visuals and statuesque physique. Her unexpectedly husky vocal tone has become a defining element of AtHeart’s sound. On stage she projects an open, confident presence; offstage she radiates bubbly, positive energy, earning wide affection.
Meanwhile, AtHeart released the contrasting double singles “Shut Up” and “Butterfly Doors” in February and March, respectively, sparking what industry observers are calling a “butterfly effect” in the music scene. Collaborations with global creators signaled the start of a new chapter, and the group’s momentum shows no sign of slowing. The two singles’ music videos have exceeded 22 million combined views, capturing listeners worldwide. “Shut Up” and “Butterfly Doors” also topped the YouTube Shorts charts — weekly and daily, respectively — underscoring the group’s standing as one of fifth-generation K-pop’s breakout acts.
AtHeart will continue promoting actively, appearing on music shows as well as on radio and web platforms.
