YB’s Ulsan concert has been postponed to March due to frontman Yoon Do-hyun’s health concerns.
On January 10th, D Company, Yoon’s agency, released a statement: “We deeply appreciate the fans who were eagerly anticipating this week’s YB Remastered 3.0 Ulsan concert. We sincerely regret to inform you that we cannot meet your expectations at this time.”
The agency elaborated, “Yoon has been battling cold symptoms since last week. While preparing for the concert, he continued to receive medical treatment to improve his condition. However, his vocal cords significantly deteriorated after the weekend performance. Following medical advice to focus on recovery and after thorough discussions with the artist and concert staff, we’ve made the difficult decision to postpone the Ulsan concert to ensure the tour’s stability and maintain performance quality.”
They added, “The rescheduled Ulsan concert will take place on March 28th (Saturday) and 29th (Sunday) at the Ulsan KBS Hall. Detailed ticket information will be communicated to customers through the ticketing platform tomorrow. We appreciate your understanding during this time.”
Yoon Do-hyun shared the agency’s announcement on his social media, expressing, “My heart is incredibly heavy. I’m committed to my treatment and promise to return in top form for the Gwangju concert.” He also revealed, “I’m currently undergoing new treatments for me, including hyperbaric oxygen therapy and IV infusions.”
YB had initially planned to perform at the Ulsan Culture and Arts Center on January 14th and 15th. Due to Yoon’s health issues, these shows have been rescheduled to March 28th and 29th at the Ulsan KBS Hall.
The band’s next scheduled performance will be a two-day concert at the Gwangju Kim Dae-jung Convention Center on January 21st and 22nd.
