Yoon Do-hyun, frontman of the rock band YB, has postponed his Ulsan concert due to health concerns.
The band’s agency, D Company, announced on the 10th via their official channels that YB’s solo concerts scheduled for February 14 and 15 at the Ulsan Cultural Arts Center have been rescheduled. The performances will now take place on March 28 and 29 at Ulsan KBS Hall.
In their statement, D Company expressed, “We extend our deepest gratitude to the fans who were eagerly anticipating this week’s YB Remastered 3.0 Ulsan concert. We sincerely apologize for disappointing those who have been waiting.”
The agency explained, “Yoon has been battling cold symptoms since last week and has been diligently preparing for the concert while undergoing medical treatment. However, his vocal condition deteriorated significantly after recent weekend performances, prompting doctors to advise focusing on recovery for the time being.”
They added, “After careful deliberation among the artist and production team, we made the difficult decision to postpone this week’s Ulsan concert. This choice was necessary to ensure the overall quality of the tour and Yoon’s well-being.”
Yoon himself addressed fans through his official fan cafe, saying, “I’m deeply saddened by this situation. I’m committed to my treatment and promise to return in top form for the Gwangju concert. I’m currently undergoing new treatments like hyperbaric oxygen therapy and IV infusions daily.”
It’s worth noting that Yoon was diagnosed with a rare blood cancer called Waldenström macroglobulinemia in 2021. He shared the news of his cancer remission in 2023, receiving an outpouring of support from fans.

Full statement from Yoon Do-hyun’s agency:
“Greetings from D Company, YB’s agency. We want to express our heartfelt appreciation to all the fans who were looking forward to this week’s YB Remastered 3.0 Ulsan concert. We deeply regret that we cannot meet your expectations at this time.
Yoon has been experiencing cold symptoms since last week and has been doing his utmost to recover while balancing medical treatment and concert preparations. Unfortunately, his vocal condition worsened dramatically after recent performances, and medical professionals have advised him to prioritize treatment. After thorough discussions among Yoon and the concert organizers, we have made the difficult decision to postpone this week’s Ulsan shows to maintain the integrity of the tour and ensure high-quality performances moving forward.
We sincerely apologize to all ticket holders who have set aside their valuable time for these concerts. We humbly ask for your understanding, as this decision was made to safeguard Yoon’s health and to responsibly continue the upcoming tour dates.
The rescheduled Ulsan concerts will take place on March 28 (Saturday) and 29 (Sunday) at Ulsan KBS Hall. Detailed information regarding tickets will be communicated individually through the ticketing platform tomorrow. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this process. Once again, we extend our deepest apologies to our fans and assure you that we will work tirelessly to bring you an even better performance after Yoon’s full recovery. Thank you for your continued support.”
