[My Daily = Reporter Kang Da-yun] Boy group BOYNEXTDOOR is teaming up with Save the Children for a campaign to support at-risk youth.
BOYNEXTDOOR (consisting of Seongho, Riu, Myungjaehyun, Taesan, Ihan, and Unhak) announced the launch of their “OPEN THE DREAM DOOR” campaign in partnership with Save the Children via their official social media channels on the 10th. Simultaneously, Save the Children unveiled the initiative on the campaign’s official website.
Through their agency KOZ Entertainment, BOYNEXTDOOR shared, “We’re thrilled to be part of a campaign that allows us to connect with our fandom, ONEDOOR, in such a meaningful way. We hope the collective kindness of many will make a significant impact on the lives of children in need.”
The “OPEN THE DREAM DOOR” campaign, funded by BOYNEXTDOOR’s generous donation, aims to provide at-risk children with a stable sleeping environment. The initiative focuses on offering practical support to kids who lack adequate sleep conditions, which are crucial for their physical and emotional development.
The campaign will randomly select 1,000 participants who register through the website to receive DIY sleep vest kits. Once completed, these vests can be sent to Save the Children for distribution to at-risk children and welfare facilities. Applications for the kits will be accepted from the 10th to the 27th.
