[CBC News] Singer Hwang Young-woong is dominating the Male Singer category in February’s Netizen Awards, showcasing his fandom’s impressive voting power. As of 6:35 PM on the 10th, Hwang is the only nominee to surpass the 20,000-vote milestone. Fans are eagerly watching to see how high his numbers will climb this month.

The standout feature of this voting round is Hwang Young-woong’s overwhelming lead. He has amassed a staggering 24,778 votes, claiming nearly half of all votes cast at 46.8%. This puts him more than 18,000 votes ahead of his closest competitor, solidifying his early entry into the ‘20,000 Club’ despite ongoing voting.

While Hwang Young-woong races ahead, a fierce battle for ranking is unfolding among the remaining contenders.

Son Tae-jin holds second place with 5,960 votes (11.3%), trailing far behind Hwang.

Jang Min-ho secures third place with 4,545 votes (8.6%), firmly establishing himself in the top tier.

Enok and Park Ji-hyun are locked in a tight race for fourth and fifth place, garnering 2,579 votes (4.9%) and 2,427 votes (4.6%) respectively.

The competition remains diverse from sixth to twentieth place, featuring artists across various genres. Jin Won leads this pack in sixth place with 2,096 votes, followed by Hong Yi-sak and Jung Dong-won, each surpassing the 1,000-vote mark.

Park Chang-geun, Seo Young-taek, Song Min-jun, and Ahn Seong-hoon round out the top dozen. Young-tak, Kang Hyung-ho, Park Seo-jin, and Lee Chan-won are hot on their heels. Meanwhile, industry veterans Park Hyo-shin, Jannabi’s Choi Jeong-hoon, Son Bin-ah, and Lim Young-woong currently occupy the lower ranks, each polling below 1%.
