Building on the success of its previous campaign during Chuseok, BYD Korea is reaffirming its commitment to customer safety with this second holiday inspection initiative. The comprehensive service will cover pre-trip preparations and post-journey vehicle assessments, providing thorough support for long-distance holiday travel.
The campaign will run for a total of eight days at 17 BYD Auto service centers nationwide: three days before the holiday (February 11-13) and five days after (February 19-20, February 23-25). During this period, BYD Korea will offer complimentary, detailed inspections of critical components for long-distance driving. These checks will include battery condition assessment, undercarriage inspection, brake system evaluation, and identification of any necessary consumable replacements. The 30-minute inspection process will also feature a complimentary interior deodorizing service to enhance the driving experience.
As an added gesture of appreciation, all customers who visit the service centers during the campaign will receive a small gift, further enhancing the holiday service experience.
Looking ahead, BYD Korea has set an ambitious target of expanding its service network to 26 centers by year-end. This expansion focuses not only on increasing the number of locations but also on enhancing service quality to establish more comprehensive support hubs. Since the launch of its passenger vehicle brand in January, BYD Auto has rapidly grown its service network from 11 to 17 centers, a remarkable expansion that has caught the industry’s attention.
BYD Auto service centers operate Monday through Friday. Customers can find detailed information about center locations and operating hours on the official BYD Korea website.
