Before the mukbang, Sohee followed the trendy eating order known as “ya-dan-tan”—vegetables, then protein, then carbohydrates. She mixed a powdered vegetable supplement into water and drank it, then ate a hard-boiled egg without the yolk before tasting the ramen.
She also mentioned that she ate raw daikon in the car before arriving on set, a routine she adopted after starting theater work this year.
