[SPOTV News=Gwangju, Reporter Kwak Hyemi] The semifinal between Daegu Namdo Elementary and Seoul Gadong Elementary in the 3rd Presidential Cup National Youth Baseball Tournament was played at Gwangju’s Mudeung Baseball Stadium on the morning of May 14.

Organized by the Korea Baseball Softball Association (KBSA) under president Yang Hae-young and co-hosted by the Gwangju Metropolitan Baseball & Softball Association, the third Presidential Cup opened at Mudeung Baseball Stadium on May 5.
The tournament runs 11 days through May 15. Last year’s top-performing elementary schools and youth club teams from across the country—true “champion of champions” contenders—have converged to compete for the national youth baseball crown.
