[Sports Today reporter Sangpil Lee] Song Young-han is tied for 24th after the third round at the LIV Golf South Africa event, which carries a 30 million USD (approximately 40 billion KRW) purse.
On March 22 (KST) at The Club at Steyn City in the Midlands (par 71), Song went bogey-free in Round 3, carding five birdies.
He sits at 11-under 202 through three rounds, in a tie for 24th.
His best result this season was a tie for 30th at the Riyadh event in February; he’ll be trying to better that mark this week.
An Byeong-hun shot 3-under in the third round to move to 10-under 203, tied for 30th alongside Lee Tae-hoon (Canada) and others.
Danny Lee (New Zealand) is T-51 at 3-under 210, while Kim Min-kyu sits 57th at 5-over 218.
Meanwhile, Bryson DeChambeau (USA) leads the field at 21-under 192, with Brandon Grace (South Africa) second at 19-under 193.
