1. Park Sung-hyun Pipe Organ Concert, Thursday, April 23, 2026, 7:30 PM

Organist Park Sung-hyun, the first Korean to win the International Organ Competition in Russia, brings his internationally recognized craft to Lotte Concert Hall’s iconic pipe organ.

With roughly 5,000 pipes producing a vast palette of sound and nuance, Park will present a program that highlights the organ’s full expressive range.

2. Beethoven & Rachmaninoff, Tuesday, April 28, 2026, 7:30 PM

Under conductor Han Joo-heon, the Millennium Symphony Orchestra pairs the classical clarity of Beethoven with the Romantic sweep of Rachmaninoff.

Pianists Ilya Rashkovsky and Sergey Tarasov appear as soloists, delivering two concertos that contrast in character and power.

This 135-minute program (2 hours 15 minutes) offers a rare chance to experience both composers’ depth and grandeur in a single evening.

1. Lang Lang Piano Recital, Tuesday, April 28, 2026, 7:30 PM

One of today’s most influential pianists, Lang Lang returns to the Seoul Arts Center Concert Hall.

His program — featuring Mozart’s Rondo in D major (K. 485) among other works — will showcase his distinctive interpretations and dazzling technique.

Sponsored by Sulwhasoo, the concert drew strong interest as soon as tickets went on sale and provides a rare opportunity to hear a master at close range.

2. Mahlerian Series 9 — Mahler: Symphony No. 8, “Symphony of a Thousand,” Thursday, April 30, 2026, 7:30 PM

The ninth program in the Mahlerian Series features Mahler’s vast Eighth Symphony, commonly nicknamed the “Symphony of a Thousand.”

Conductor Jin Sol leads the Mahlerian Orchestra alongside top domestic choirs — including the National Chorus and the Bucheon City Choir — and Korea’s leading soloists.

This monumental work, which celebrates humanity’s salvation and love, promises a sublime experience with its immense scale and kinetic energy over approximately 90 minutes (1 hour 30 minutes).
