[Sports Today reporter Yoon Hye-young] The global supergroup BTS delivered a series of heartfelt messages to fans during the Goyang stop of their new world tour.

BTS (RM, Jin, Suga, J‑Hope, Jimin, V, Jungkook) staged BTS WORLD TOUR ARIRANG IN GOYANG — referred to hereafter as BTS WORLD TOUR ARIRANG — on April 11 at the main stadium of Goyang Sports Complex in Ilsanseo‑gu, Goyang.

Near the show’s close, the members spoke directly to the audience. Suga opened with a lighthearted observation: “Maybe because the weather was nice, everyone seemed so energized. I hope tonight helped blow away some of your stress. Thanks to you, we leave with great memories.”

Jimin checked in with the crowd: “Did you have fun? You were all so visible tonight.” As he began to recall the first performance two days earlier, music cut in and he quipped, “Wait a second. I’ll get ready to cry. Oh—this isn’t a sad song, right?” He then grew more earnest, saying they’d worked intensely for the tour and that rain at the previous show had kept him from saying something important. “It’s been six and a half years since we started touring and four years since our album. We missed you so much, and we’re grateful you waited for us. Just as we prepared carefully for this tour, we’ll keep working to give you great stages and music. Please stay by our side—we’re thankful you’ve been with us, and we’ll be by your side, too.”

V admitted to overdoing it at an earlier performance: “At the first show two nights ago I got so excited I strained my voice. Afterward my neck was sore, but seeing ARMY tonight made the pain disappear. I figured instead of repeating an ending speech 80 times, I’d share something small: yesterday I had shabu‑shabu — it was delicious — and I went to bed around 12:30 a.m. I slept well. Thank you.”

Jin sent his trademark charm into the crowd with hand kisses, urging fans to “let out all your stress.” When the audience called for an encore of gestures, he obliged with another flurry of air kisses before encouraging everyone to “shout one last time and finish beautifully. Scream!”

RM reflected on the group’s journey: “It took a long time to get here. Thank you sincerely for waiting and supporting us. We’ve released a song called ‘2.0’ and have been showing many changes, but what really matters hasn’t changed. The important thing is that the seven of us chose to keep doing this together. Another is the genuine care we feel for you. We won’t take a single moment of the support you’ve filled this place with for granted; we’ll move forward humbly. We’re all over thirty now, and as individuals who’ve worked together for 15 years, we made this decision because we want to keep working together for a long time. Please trust us a little more, watch our changes with generosity, and enjoy them. Just trust us once.”

Jungkook offered a deep bow and relief: “Today’s second show is over. I’m glad we finished safely without any injuries. The weather, your reactions and cheers — they felt amazing. As Namjoon said, please know that every action and feeling I show comes from the heart. From now on I’ll give everything I have for you. Just wait for me; I’ll repay you by showing many different and impressive sides of myself.”

J‑Hope closed by emphasizing preparation and sincerity: “Did you have fun? I’m always curious about your thoughts and reactions. After the first show we talked a lot and prepared for the second night. Performing isn’t just about going on stage — we think carefully about how to give you the best feelings. The seven of us are sincere about our stages, and we have many more incredible performances to show you. We’ll keep delivering the best shows.”
