[By Im Si-ryeong, Sports Today] DAY6’s Wonpil sold out the pre-sale for every performance of his upcoming solo concert.
Wonpil will stage WONPIL SOLO CONCERT ‘Unpiltered’ at Jamsil Indoor Gymnasium in Seoul’s Songpa District for three nights, from May 1 to May 3.
Pre-sale tickets were offered to My Day — DAY6’s fandom — for its 6th membership term on the afternoon of the 6th. All three shows sold out during that pre-sale window, underscoring strong demand for the emotive singer‑songwriter.
‘Unpiltered’ will be his first solo concert since March 2022’s ‘Pilmography,’ arriving about 4 years and 2 months later and generating high expectations among fans. Known for a warm vocal tone and a tender sensibility that resonates with listeners, Wonpil plans to deliver candid stories and heartfelt performances on this much‑anticipated solo stage.
Wonpil released his first solo mini album, Unpiltered, and its title track, “Love Ward,” on March 30. He wrote and composed all seven tracks — the title song, “Toxic Love,” “I Became an Adult,” “Up All Night,” “Step by Step,” “Not a Million Roses,” and “Piano” — and every track entered Melon’s Top 100 chart on release day. Riding that momentum, the album went on to top the Circle Chart’s weekly retail album chart for March 29–April 4, 2026.
