Sancheong County leadership made a goodwill visit to the local reserve forces unit on February 10, showing support for service members during the Lunar New Year celebrations.
The visit was organized to uplift the spirits of military personnel who dedicate themselves to local defense and disaster response, ensuring citizens’ safety. It also served as a gesture of appreciation for their continued commitment to duty during the holiday period.
During the event, County Mayor Lee Seung-hwa held a meeting with the troops and presented them with care packages, expressing gratitude for their unwavering service.
The county consistently conducts these morale-boosting visits to military units during major holidays, reinforcing the crucial bond between the armed forces and the local community.
