[Sports Seoul | Pyo Kwon-hyang] Nikon Imaging Korea will participate in the 34th KOBA—International Broadcasting, Media, Audio and Lighting Exhibition—May 12–15 at COEX in Seoul’s Gangnam district, where it will showcase its latest mirrorless and cinema camera lineups.
Nikon Imaging Korea will present its booth under the title “Nikon in KOBA 2026 with RED” and operate a joint space with sister company RED. The exhibit is organized into six themed areas, including a ZR & Z Mount Experience Zone showcasing Nikon’s popular Z-series mirrorless cameras and its new cinema models—the ZR, Z5 II and Zf Silver. There will also be a Z CINEMA Experience Zone where attendees can shoot with both Nikon and RED equipment, and a RED LUT (Look-up Table) & Picture Control Zone featuring live demonstrations of color grading and picture-control tools.
Visitors who bring a Nikon product will receive a Z CINEMA patch. Attendees who subscribe to Nikon’s official YouTube channel will be given a Nikon tarpaulin bag. Those who follow Nikon’s official Instagram account and upload a photo taken at the booth will receive a random piece of merchandise.
“This year’s KOBA will demonstrate the synergy between Nikon and RED technologies and set a new benchmark in optical innovation,” said Jeong Hae-hwan, CEO of Nikon Imaging Korea. “From cinema cameras to the latest Z series, we’ve created a space for diverse hands-on experiences. Come see Nikon’s distinctive technology in person.” gioia@sportsseoul.com
