[Sports Today reporter Lim Si-ryeong] Actor Eom Jun-gi has joined the cast of Secret Audit, marking his return to the small screen.
tvN’s new weekend drama Secret Audit centers on a taut, close-quarters “audit romance” between charismatic audit chief Ju In-ah (Shin Hye-sun), who guards a hidden past, and No Gi-jun (Gong Myung), the team’s ace who is abruptly reassigned to handle workplace misconduct (PM) investigations.
In the series, Eom plays Assistant Manager An Min-su of Audit Team 1. Min-su is Gi-jun’s close colleague and fellow hire. He takes great pride in his work and is expected to bring energy to the ensemble.
Eom drew strong critical attention for the film Dollimchong, winning Best Actor of the Year at the 6th Chungmuro Film Festival—Director’s Week and the Acting Award at the 39th Busan International Short Film Festival. He has shown a steady, distinctive presence across both film and television, with credits that include Mobeom Taxi (Model Taxi), D.P., Chief Detective 1958, and The Square. Notably, his portrayal of anesthesiology resident Joo Sang-hyun in Someday, the Wise Resident Life realistically captured the pressures of a third-year resident and earned widespread audience acclaim.
With a varied filmography built on singular performances, viewers are now eager to see what new transformation Eom Jun-gi will bring to Secret Audit.
The tvN weekend drama Secret Audit, featuring Eom Jun-gi, premieres April 25 at 9:10 p.m. KST.
