The NetForet experience at the Sacheon Cable Car Natural Recreation Forest reopens after its winter break and will operate from the 9th of next month through Nov. 30.
This year, city officials expanded NetForet’s schedule to tie it into programs at the soon-to-open Sacheon Wood Culture Experience Center. Daily sessions increase from five to six, and each session is set to 40 minutes so more visitors can savor a variety of forest wellness activities.
NetForet runs six sessions each day: Session 1, 9:50 a.m.–10:30 a.m.; Session 2, 10:50 a.m.–11:30 a.m.; Session 3, 1:20 p.m.–2:00 p.m.; Session 4, 2:20 p.m.–3:00 p.m.; Session 5, 3:20 p.m.–4:00 p.m.; and Session 6, 4:20 p.m.–5:00 p.m.
The facility is closed on the same day as the Sacheon Cable Car Natural Recreation Forest—every Tuesday. Experience sign-ups are handled on a first-come, first-served walk-up basis. For details, check the Forest Nadeul-e notices for the Sacheon Cable Car Natural Recreation Forest.
Goo Nam-ju, head of forest recreation, said, “We’re expanding operations for NetForet, the Wood Culture Experience Center and other forest programs so the site can become a go-to destination where locals and visitors can recharge and find healing in nature.”
