After 11 LPGA Tour events this season, seven players who have competed in more than half the tournaments have made every cut: world No. 1 Nelly Korda (USA); Im Jin-hee; Yoo In-na; Gaby Lopez (Mexico); Angel Yin (USA); Céline Boutier (France); and Karis Davidson (Australia).
Among them, Korda’s streak without a missed cut stretches back to the 2024 Amundi Evian Championship — she hasn’t missed a cut in 30 consecutive events and currently holds the tour’s longest active streak. Angel Yin and Céline Boutier have each gone 18 events without missing a cut.
Next in line is South Korea’s Yoo In-na, who endured a difficult season last year, missing eight cuts in 26 starts. She was cut in her debut at the Founders Cup and suffered three consecutive missed cuts in May. Her last missed cut came at September’s Kroger Queen City Championship. Since then she has reached the weekend in 14 straight events and collected prize money each time. This season Yoo has earned $829,192 across eight events and sits seventh on the money list.
Coincidentally, the Kroger Queen City Championship — where she last missed the cut — has moved on the calendar from September to May this year. Beginning on the 14th (local time), the tournament will be played over four days at the Mecatywa Country Club in Cincinnati, Ohio (par 70) as the season’s 12th event. Though the venue has changed since last year, Yoo, currently in good form, will be in the field aiming to make the cut and avenge last season’s result.
The field draws extra attention with world No. 1 Korda and world No. 2 Jino Titikun (Thailand) teeing up together for the first time in three events since the Chevron Championship.
Last week’s tied-third finisher at the Mizuho Americas Open, Choi Hye-jin, headlines a deep lineup that also includes Kim Sei-young, Yoo Hae-ran, Kim A-rim, Im Jin-hee, Ko Jin-young, Choi Woon-jung, Shin Ji-eun, Yang Hee-young, Jeon In-ji, Lee Jeong-eun6 and Lee Dong-eun — all players who will be vying for the title.
