Volvo Cars Korea will participate in the global Earth Hour campaign on March 28 to raise awareness of the climate crisis.

Organized by the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF), Earth Hour is a global environmental initiative that highlights the urgency of climate change and combats environmental destruction. Each year, participants switch off indoor and outdoor lights for one hour to emphasize the need for collective climate action.

With sustainability as a core value, Volvo Cars Korea has joined Earth Hour since 2022 to mobilize customers, employees and its dealer network around climate action and a sustainable future.

This year, Volvo Cars Korea will turn off indoor and outdoor lighting—except for essential safety and operational lights—across its offices, showrooms and service centers from 8:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. on March 28.

Lee Yun-mo, CEO of Volvo Cars Korea, said, \”As a brand that values sustainability, we participate in Earth Hour each year to reaffirm the importance of climate action through the symbolic act of turning off lights. Volvo Cars Korea will continue to advance eco-friendly initiatives that support a sustainable future.\”

Renault Korea will broaden its brand presence at Busan’s Sajik Stadium and Seoul’s Jamsil Stadium as the 2026 professional baseball season opens.

At Sajik Stadium—home to Renault’s production plant—the company will operate a \”Renault Zone\” in the third-base outfield throughout the 2026 season to strengthen ties with local fans and reinforce the \”Made in Busan\” story. Renault will also boost visibility with advertising behind the catcher’s area, which gets heavy TV exposure, and on the central scoreboard.

At Jamsil Stadium, Renault will supply its mid-size SUV, the Grand Koleos, as the LG Twins’ bullpen car, offering fans an added attraction. The bullpen car transports ceremonial first-pitch throwers during LG Twins home games; at the season opener on March 28, head training coach Kim Yong-il will be the first passenger. Renault Korea will also run advertising behind the home team’s bench at Jamsil to expand brand engagement.

The Grand Koleos, the LG Twins’ bullpen car this season, won three \”SUV of the Year\” awards in 2024 and received the top score and a 1st-grade rating in the 2024 KNCAP SUV tests, demonstrating its strong market appeal. The family-oriented SUV combines roomy interior space, efficient fuel economy, advanced comfort and safety features, and robust body integrity. More than 95% of owners who kept the vehicle for over five months reported high satisfaction, and the model continues to earn positive reviews in the market.

한국타이어앤테크놀로지㈜ will run a one-day Brand Day promotion and a Shopping Live broadcast on Naver’s official brand store on March 27, offering special discounts and a range of benefits.

The promotion is aimed at customers planning spring tire replacements and offers broader, more attractive deals. The sale covers Hankook’s full lineup, including iON (the world’s first full-lineup EV-dedicated tire brand), flagship Ventus tires, Dynapro SUV tires, and the premium all-weather Weatherflex line. Customers who buy a set of four tires can receive up to a 47% discount.

Customers using Naver Pay for checkout may receive an additional early-bird discount of 10%, depending on the card issuer, and earn 3% Naver Pay points. Buyers who leave a review on Hankook’s Naver brand store after purchase can earn up to 2,000 points.

The promotion can be combined with the \”Korea Correct Tire Festival\” offers running through April 11 at Hankook’s tire-focused service shops—T’Station and THE TIRE SHOP—and online at tstation.com. Buyers who purchase a set of four eligible products can receive gift certificates worth up to 80,000 KRW (approximately 60 USD) in Shinsegae Mobile gift cards or GS Caltex fuel vouchers.

Hankook is also offering premium warranty perks. For certain event products, if a tire is damaged within one year or before 16,000 km of driving, the company will replace it with the same product free of charge under its Peace of Mind Service. Select iON and Ventus event products also qualify for a 30-Day Happy Guarantee: customers dissatisfied within 30 days of purchase can receive a full refund.

On the day of the promotion, Hankook will host a one-hour Shopping Live focused on SUV all-season tires starting at 7 p.m. Viewers who buy participating products—Ventus S1 evo Z AS X, Dynapro HPX, or Dynapro HP3—through Naver Shopping Live can receive up to 45% off each model and an additional 6% Naver Pay points. During the live broadcast, 20 verified purchasers will be randomly selected to receive a free wheel-alignment voucher worth 100,000 KRW (approximately 75 USD).
