Daniel Kim Views

Translation resultHoth Therapeutics (HOTH, Hoth Therapeutics, Inc.) said Rocket One appointed retired Gen. Malcolm B. Frost to its Space and Defense Advisory Board.

An SEC filing dated June 3 shows Rocket One, Inc. appointed retired Gen. Malcolm B. Frost to the Space and Defense Advisory Board effective June 3, 2026.

Frost brings nearly 40 years of military and national security experience, including 31 distinguished years in the U.S. Army.

He has served in senior operational, strategic and communications leadership roles across the Indo-Pacific, the Middle East, Europe and the United States.

Rob Kni, Rocket One’s CEO, said Frost’s experience leading large-scale military operations, strategic planning and national defense programs will be an exceptional addition to the company’s advisory board.

Rocket One is pursuing opportunities at the intersection of artificial intelligence, advanced computing, space infrastructure and defense technologies. The company said Frost’s leadership and insight will help guide long-term strategy and strengthen relationships across the defense and national security ecosystem.

As the Army’s chief public affairs officer, Frost oversaw strategic communications for roughly 1.5 million personnel and served as deputy director of operations at the Department of Defense’s National Military Command Center.

Rocket One is developing a platform focused on AI acceleration, radiation-hardened computing, space systems and advanced computing technologies for defense applications.

It is also developing and commercializing next-generation nano-magnetic AI chip technology designed for radiation-hardened, energy-constrained environments.

The company holds exclusive rights to certain technologies, including hardware accelerators and related magnetic memory technologies for radiation-hardened computing.

Rocket One is also positioned to pursue nano-launch systems and nanosatellite deployment opportunities. The company said its biotechnology pipeline will continue to advance under a wholly owned subsidiary. Investors should not place undue reliance on these forward-looking statements.

Rocket One said investors can contact the company through LR Advisors LLC by email or phone for investor relations.
