[Herald Economy=Reporter Shin Hyewon] Iran’s military said it has accelerated upgrades and the resupply of missile and drone launchers during a cease-fire with the United States and Israel.
Appearing on Nour News on April 19 (local time), Majid Musavi, commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps’ Aerospace Force, accused Israel and the U.S. of lacking “the ability to create such an environment on their own,” he said.
The United States and Israel have focused strikes on missile and drone launchers in an effort to neutralize the weapons that comprise the bulk of Iran’s strike capability in the conflict.
Musavi said the adversaries “could not replenish munitions during the cease-fire,” and charged that they were forced to transport ammunition “from the other side of the globe” under difficult conditions.
He added, “They have lost the theater of this war,” and claimed “they have lost the Strait of Hormuz, Lebanon and the Middle East.”
Nour News aired edited footage showing him inspecting an underground missile base.
