The Iranian military said it used the six-week cease-fire to strengthen its forces and is ready to respond if the United States or Israel restarts hostilities. Brig. Gen. Mohammad Akraminia, the military spokesman, told a pro-government rally at Tehran’s Vali Asr Square on the 19th (local time) that “the military treated the cease-fire like wartime” and “used it as an opportunity to bolster our combat power.” He warned that if “the enemy (the U.S.) again takes a reckless step, falls into the Zionists’ (Israel’s) trap and invades Iran, we will open new fronts with new tools and methods.” He also said the Iranian military has secured full command of the Strait of Hormuz and stressed that the strategic waterway “will never return to its previous state.” #IranianMilitary #War #StraitOfHormuz Yonhap News TV — tips and inquiries: KakaoTalk/Line jebo23.
