The episode, which aired on the 10th, featured a confrontation between Yoon Bom and Seon Jae-kyu. Yoon Bom, visibly frustrated, demanded, “What is this, really? Am I just some expensive commodity or a romantic gesture? I’ve treasured this, risked everything to protect it. After agonizing for so long, I finally unwrapped it. Is this keychain supposed to be some consolation prize for my longing?”
Seon Jae-kyu, taken aback, replied, “I expected you to come at me all fired up after opening that gift. But that charm isn’t just some freebie. It holds a special significance for me.”
He continued, his voice softening, “Meeting you gave me the courage to show this arm to the world. You helped me shed the insecurities I couldn’t shake on my own.” Touched, Yoon Bom responded, “If that’s what it means, I’ll cherish it always.”
Seizing the moment, Seon Jae-kyu dropped to one knee. “I’ve been carrying this around every day, nearly killing myself in the process. But today’s finally the day. You’ve been the warm spring thawing my winter-cold heart. My love, my Bom, I promise to stand by you through thick and thin.” With that, he presented her with a ring.
