[Spotv News = Reporter Bae Seon-young] Actor Park Jung-min recently shared the behind-the-scenes story of his appearance on the YouTube channel “Chungju Man.”
Park Jung-min made a guest appearance on the “Chungju Man” YouTube channel, which aired on the 10th.
At the conclusion of the second video, released on the 10th following the initial episode on the 3rd, Park revealed, “Actually, I reached out to Chungju Man first. I asked a friend for his number and got it at 9 PM. Being a public servant, I thought I should wait until the next day to contact him, but surprisingly, he reached out to me first.”
Park continued, “When I expressed interest in appearing on the show, Chungju Man said ‘the sooner, the better,'” to which Chungju Man responded, “That’s high praise indeed.” Park then humorously quipped, “I actually wondered if he was running short on content.”
Park explained his motivation, saying, “I reached out because I was pondering which YouTuber connects most authentically with the general audience. I realized it was Chungju Man. I’m grateful he accepted my request.”
During this appearance, Park Jung-min was promoting his upcoming film “Humint,” set to release on the 11th. He candidly shared, “As an industry insider, I don’t want to complain about the state of Korean cinema. But don’t you feel that Korean films are facing some criticism lately?” Chungju Man responded with an interesting analogy: “It’s somewhat like Hyundai. It’s the people’s car, supporting the economy, offering great value, but facing high expectations.”
