[Spotv News=Reporter Bae Seon-young] Actor Park Jung-min recently shared the challenges he faces as the head of a publishing company.
Park appeared on the YouTube channel “Chungju City” on the 10th.
When asked about running a publishing company, he candidly admitted, “It’s tough.” He elaborated, “As a CEO, I often reflect on my interactions with those who need to place orders. If someone isn’t following through, I wonder if I might have inadvertently discouraged them. If I’m not certain, I prefer not to say anything.”
The host, known as “Chungju Man,” then inquired if Park ever loses his temper. Park quipped, “I don’t fly off the handle. I’m too worried about ending up on the internet,” eliciting laughter from the audience.
Addressing the state of Korean cinema, Park diplomatically responded, “As an industry insider, I’d rather not complain about Korean films. However, I can’t help but feel that Korean cinema is facing some criticism.” The host drew an interesting parallel, saying, “It’s like Hyundai. It’s the people’s car, vital for the economy, offers great value, but faces high expectations.”
