[EPN Enpinau reporter Go Nari] Lee Hye-jung, the well-known culinary researcher, said she’s very pleased after recently getting cosmetic treatments.
On May 13, her YouTube channel, Big Mama Lee Hye-jung, uploaded a video showing her getting facial procedures after a workout.
She appeared in the clip with visible bruising, but she smiled as she walked viewers through the treatments she’d received.
Lee explained she had thread lifts, collagen fillers and skin Botox, among other procedures, and said she was “200% satisfied” with the results.
Comparing before-and-after photos, she said the difference was striking and that she could even feel an improvement in her skin’s texture.
While some people around her recognized the change, Lee said her own satisfaction mattered most. Doctors told her the effects should last about a year, and she plans to repeat the treatments then.
Viewers left supportive comments such as “Cosmetic surgery is for yourself,” “She looks younger and it suits her,” and “Her skin looks so much better.”
Earlier, during a consultation at a plastic surgery clinic, she was quoted 12 million KRW (about $9,000) for procedures including a thread lift, nasolabial fold correction, eyelid work and lower eyelid surgery. She said, “It’s as much as a one-room jeonse deposit (a Korean lump-sum housing deposit), but if it makes me look younger, I’ll pay in installments,” showing a confident attitude.
