This innovative udon dish boasts a unique preparation method. The noodles are made using a special technique that involves adding plenty of water and allowing ample time for maturation. This process, combined with stretching and kneading the dough, results in udon noodles that are delightfully soft yet satisfyingly chewy.
The broth is a flavorful concoction, simmered with katsuobushi, kezuribushi, and premium kelp from Wando. To preserve the freshness and texture of the ingredients, Myeonsarang employs a flash-freezing method. This ensures that even after cooking, the noodles retain their perfect bounce. Plus, the taste and quality remain impeccable, even after extended storage.
