Lotte Department Store announced on the 25th that it will host a ‘Cony’ pop-up on the main branch’s fourth floor through March 30.
Cony taps into the bag-decor trend with a lineup of chic keyrings. The brand imports genuine Barbie dolls from U.S. toymaker Mattel and reworks them into handmade Barbie keyrings, a concept that’s caught fire with Millennial and Gen Z shoppers.
Signature pieces include the Barbie doll keyring (₩169,000, about $127), the glitter ribbon keyring (₩39,000, about $29), and the Honey Beads Aurora bead keyring (₩49,000, about $37).
The pop-up also features bags such as the cowhide mushroom bag (₩268,000, about $201) and the Daily Cylinder Bag (₩139,000, about $104).
To celebrate the pop-up opening, the store is offering 10% off all items through the 27th (Barbie doll keyring excluded). Plus, the first 30 customers who spend ₩200,000 (about $150) or more in a single day will score a complimentary mini-ribbon keyring.
