[EPN Enpinow reporter Go Nari] Lee Jin-ah has been balancing music and motherhood while preparing for upcoming performances.
On the 13th, she posted photos and videos from a rehearsal on her personal account, writing, “I’m working hard preparing for the Seoul Jazz Festival 2026. See you at the waterfront stage on the 23rd — I’m so excited.”
The photos show Lee seated at a keyboard with a baby carrier. Even while holding her daughter, she played steadily and remained fully absorbed in the music.
She reflected, “That’s how I’m becoming a mother.”
Commenters said her daughter Rua will grow up surrounded by good music and left warm messages about her daily musical routine. Both her rehearsal scenes and these intimate moments with her daughter drew attention.
Born in 1991, Lee debuted in 2013 and gained recognition for her artistry after appearing on the 2014 audition program K-Pop Star Season 4. Her notable songs include “The Road to the Airport,” “City Buildings,” “What Is Comfort?,” and “Song of Night and Stars.”
Lee married pianist Shin Seong-jin in 2019 and announced the birth of their first daughter in July 2025.
In March, she left her long-time label Antenna and signaled plans for new projects.
