[Sports Seoul | Reporter Yoon Dong-eon] G-Dragon publicly showed support for his close friend and BIGBANG bandmate Taeyang’s fourth full-length album, QUINTESSENCE.
On the 6th, G-Dragon used the Stories feature on his social media account to share Taeyang’s trailer video and photo posts, helping promote the release.
‘QUINTESSENCE’ is Taeyang’s first full-length album in nearly nine years, following his third studio album, ‘WHITE NIGHT,’ released in August 2017. The new record is expected to reaffirm his musical range and presence as a solo artist.
Earlier last month, on the 12th and 19th (local time), Taeyang joined fellow BIGBANG members as headliners at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, drawing global attention. The group’s set drew fervent reactions and has heightened anticipation for his solo comeback.
Taeyang’s fourth full-length album, ‘QUINTESSENCE,’ is set for release at 6 p.m. on the 18th. hellboy321@sportsseoul.com
