[SPOTV News=Reporter Kim Won-gyeom] Ifeye, the girl group, opened their comeback campaign by unveiling their new single in a live performance.
On the 16th broadcast of Mnet’s M Countdown, ifeye delivered the first performance of “Hazy (Daisy),” the title track from their third EP, As If. Returning to music shows after about eight months, the group drew attention for a deeper emotional range and a more polished presentation.
Onstage, ifeye cultivated a soft, dreamlike mood with “Hazy (Daisy),” capturing the audience’s attention the moment they appeared. Their more mature expressiveness, steady live vocals, and choreography rich in detail reinforced an upgraded group identity. Even within the song’s lyrical atmosphere, they leaned into the performance strengths fans have admired, deepening audience engagement.
“We were thrilled to meet fans onstage again after such a long time,” the group said. “We’ll repay everyone who waited for us with stronger music and refined performances during this promotion. Please look forward to the stages and activities we have planned starting with today’s show.”
Ifeye released their third EP, As If, on the 15th. The album includes the title track “Hazy (Daisy)” as well as a range of songs across genres, including “I’ll Be There,” “Padam Padam,” “Touch,” and “Forever Us.” During their break from promotions, the group stayed active — sharpening their skills through global fan signings, fan concerts, and festival appearances — and they intend to compress that growth into this comeback, proving the progress they’ve made.
Ifeye will continue active comeback promotions across music shows and through a variety of content.
