Singer Park Seojin opened up about his sister Hyojeong’s lingering symptoms after a car accident on Men Doing Housework Season 2.
On the 11th, KBS 2TV aired an episode of Men Doing Housework Season 2 (also known as Sallim-nam) that featured Hyojeong, who is recovering in a hospital bed after a recent crash, and Park Seojin, who has been caring for her.
Park, who had already been coping with the painful news of his father’s cerebrovascular disease and his mother’s suspected thyroid cancer, was dealt another blow when he and his sister were involved in a rear-end collision inside a tunnel while they were in the car.
“When I watched the dashcam footage, it looked like one of those major crashes you only see on TV,” Park said. He added that he was particularly shaken after a doctor warned, “It could lead to nerve paralysis.”
Park said he felt as if Hyojeong had taken a hard blow to the head, and his concern deepened when she described a sharp, tingling pain. MC Eun Ji-won, listening to the account, also worried: “Tingling could indicate a nerve problem, right?”
