On the 24th broadcast, SBS’s Same Bed, Different Dreams 2 — You Are My Destiny will, for the first time on television, feature the Michelin Guide Korea 2026 awards ceremony, a true festival of culinary stars.
That night, an unusually tense atmosphere hovered over Kim Hee-eun and her husband, Yoon Dae-hyun. They had received an invitation to the 2026 Michelin Guide Korea awards but kept it secret from everyone — close chef friends, family, friends and even their own staff — forcing themselves to hide even their smiles to preserve confidentiality until the event.

Meanwhile, Kim stunned the room by revealing she met her birth mother for the first time at 18. Born amid her parents’ divorce and raised without a mother, she confessed she had always wondered what having a mother would feel like. When the program aired the first words she spoke to her mother after 18 years apart, the studio reportedly broke down in tears.
