Kim Sa-rang recently posted a video on her YouTube channel titled “Decided to Diet After Reading Comments (+ an Outing to a Cherry Blossom Spot with Her Child),” updating fans on her latest activities.
While on an outdoor shoot, she ate with the crew and said, “When I didn’t eat during shoots, my energy dropped and my head wouldn’t work.” She added, “I changed my approach: I usually eat very little, but on shooting days I make sure to eat.” She also noted, “For breakfast I had cheese gimbap.”
She explained why her channel launch was delayed. “I wanted to show more of myself beyond projects and commercials, so I started working on the interior design, but that process took two years and drained a lot of my energy,” she said.
She also outlined a specific goal. “There is stubborn weight that won’t come off, and I want to try to lose about 2 kilograms (about 4.4 lbs) this time,” she said.
Describing her routine, she said, “I eat yogurt and mushroom rice for breakfast, and if I have a light meal before 5 p.m., I lose about 1 kilogram (about 2.2 lbs) a week. After 5 p.m. I don’t eat anything — I only drink water.”
Kim Sa-rang continues to draw attention for maintaining a slim figure through consistent self-care.
