A senior Iranian source told TASS that, under the ceasefire with the U.S., Tehran will permit no more than 15 ships per day to pass through the Strait of Hormuz. The source added that all vessel movements will be conditionally allowed only with approval from Iranian authorities and compliance with specific protocols.
TASS said the Iranian government has already formally notified key regional states of the policy.
