SNT Dynamics and SNT Motive are making waves at the World Defense Show 2026 (WDS 2026), garnering significant interest from Middle Eastern defense market customers and potentially expanding K-defense exports.
From the opening day on February 8, the joint exhibition booth set up by SNT Dynamics and SNT Motive has been a hub of activity, attracting visitors from Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Qatar, Iraq, Turkey, Uzbekistan, and other Middle Eastern and Central Asian nations.
Saudi military officials have shown particular interest in SNT Dynamics’ 120mm mortar system mounted on a multipurpose tactical vehicle (MPV). This weapon system, which combines the accuracy and rapid-fire capabilities of the 120mm mortar with the mobility of tactical vehicles, is specially designed for desert warfare. Industry experts predict that export contracts with several countries are imminent.
The domestically produced transmission, set to be used in the fourth production batch of K2 tanks this year, has also drawn attention. Following its successful deployment in Turkey’s Altay main battle tank and proven performance in desert conditions, military representatives from various Middle Eastern countries are exploring tank maintenance and repair opportunities.
SNT Motive’s booth has been equally busy, with key officials from Middle Eastern governments and defense firms showing keen interest. The company has already established a strong foothold in the region’s firearms market, having exported numerous rifles and machine guns to Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
A highlight of SNT Motive’s showcase is their new line of low-risk pistols and ammunition, designed to maximize effectiveness while minimizing fatal injuries. These products have garnered significant attention from Middle Eastern customers, mirroring the interest they received at the recent Shot Show 2026 in Las Vegas. This dual success in North American and Middle Eastern markets signals strong potential for global exports.
The World Defense Show 2026, running from February 8 to 12 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is the region’s largest international defense exhibition. This year’s event features over 770 defense companies from 76 countries, all vying for lucrative contracts in a highly competitive atmosphere.
