The latest episode of KBS 2TV’s ‘Intimate Ripley,’ which aired on the 10th, featured a scene where Gong Nan-sook (portrayed by Lee Seung-yeon) showed her disdain towards Jin Se-hoon (played by Han Ki-woong).
When Gong Nan-sook remarked, “So, Jin Tae-seok treats you like you’re less than the dirt under his fingernails?” Jin Se-hoon responded, “That’s correct. I can’t stand to look at him anymore. After all, he’s the murderer who killed my mother.”
Gong Nan-sook retorted, “Let’s be real, Jin Tae-seok is like a toothless lion now. Why don’t you just bark at him while I stand firm like an immovable rock? Isn’t that a better strategy?” Jin Se-hoon countered, “He’s far from toothless. Even now, just the mention of Jin Tae-seok’s name can send shockwaves through the entire country.”
In response to Jin Se-hoon’s statement, Gong Nan-sook said, “Well, there’s hardly a single political or business figure who hasn’t been on Jin Tae-seok’s payroll. If that list ever comes to light, it would cause a massive upheaval.” When Jin Se-hoon claimed, “Jin Tae-seok won’t go down just because his Swiss bank account is exposed and he loses his chairman position,” Gong Nan-sook clicked her tongue and muttered, “Someone who knows that said it? My, how cold-blooded.”
