Top 4 Brunch Cafes in Hua Hin: Where to Enjoy Delicious Breakfast by the Beach

Daniel Kim Views

Hua Hin is a sun-soaked beach town in Thailand’s Prachuap Khiri Khan Province, about 200 km (roughly 125 miles) south of Bangkok. It’s one of the country’s oldest seaside getaways—thanks in part to a royal summer palace built in the 1920s that cemented its “royal resort” vibe. Today, travelers come for the long sandy beaches, luxe resorts, golf courses, spas and lively night markets. If you’re staying near Hua Hin Beach, skip the hotel buffet one morning and head to a local brunch café instead. Below are four can’t-miss brunch spots near the beach.

First up is MITTE MITTE Huahin – Café & Brunch. Tucked at 256/11 Soi Hua Hin 94/3, this cozy spot sports a 4.8 Google rating and sits conveniently between Bluport and Market Village. The menu mixes comforting classics and creative plates—think homemade bagels, Eggs Royale, pesto sea bass, fish and chips and even beef Wellington. Most dishes land in the 320–370 baht range (approximately 13,000–15,000 KRW (about $9.75–$11.25)), which feels like a steal for the quality.

Standout plates include Crab Meat Lemony Angel Hair, the Hua Hin Katsu Bagel and a hearty focaccia beef sandwich. Reviewers rave about the bagel’s crisp exterior paired with fresh seafood, and the avocado milk and almond milk coffee get solid praise too. Staff generally speak good English, so ordering is easy. The vibe is polished and relaxed—perfect for couples or families. There’s a summer menu as well, and since the café is near the beach, it’s a great stop before or after a stroll. Parking is available in the front building and the alley. Hours: Sun, Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri, Sat 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (closed Wednesdays).

The second stop is Brunch & Brew by HOC at Hua Hin Market Village. Located inside the Market Village mall, it’s a smart choice if you want to pair shopping with a relaxed brunch. Locals and visitors alike love it—Google gives it a solid 4.7 rating.

Brunch here centers on house-made sourdough. Expect creative combos like sourdough avocado & mushroom, chocolate banana smoothies, shrimp scramble with egg rice, Greek yogurt, acai bowls and Nutella strawberry sourdough—there’s plenty to browse on the menu.

There’s a cool, air-conditioned indoor section plus an outdoor smoking area. They serve beer and smoothies too, so it’s a casual spot for a long, lazy brunch. The avocado sandwich and avocado bagel get consistent praise for their crisp, wholesome bite. Market Village fills up on weekends, so try to get there right at opening.

Prices run about 250–500 baht (about 10,000–20,000 KRW (approximately $7.50–$15.00)). The café typically operates roughly 8:00 AM–6:00 PM to serve the brunch crowd.

Third on the list is Top Seacret Beach Cafe. This beachfront darling—with its signature pink parasols and sweeping sea views—blew up on Instagram for good reason. The Bali-style, two-story bungalows offer beachfront, garden and indoor seating.

Order a coconut coffee, a fresh smoothie or a slice of soft cake—the drinks are bright, and the desserts are melt-in-your-mouth. Prices skew a bit higher than other spots, but the ocean breeze and photo-ready decor—palm trees, flamingos and hammocks—make it worth a splurge. The café is gorgeous at night when the lights come on, so consider an evening visit. Note: guests often report mosquitoes after dusk, so bring insect repellent and aim for first-floor seating if you can. A staircase to the beach makes it an easy stop after a swim. Hours: daily 10:00 AM–6:00 PM; happy hour 4:00 PM–6:00 PM with buy-one-get-one-free drink promos.

If you have extra time, widen your itinerary to nearby towns. About 20 km (roughly 12 miles) north of Hua Hin is Cha-am, a quieter beach resort that’s perfect for families or anyone craving a more peaceful shoreline. Nearby highlights like Maruekhathaiyawan Palace, Phuengtian Beach and Chao Samran Beach make for easy half-day or full-day side trips. For more nature, head toward Pranburi or Khao Sam Roi Yot National Park.
