Travel brands are tapping into summer wanderlust with nature-focused Mongolia getaways and live Guam–U.S. West packages designed to capture both short beach escapes and longer fall adventures.
ModuTour rolled out the “Summer Bucket List: Mongolia” campaign, expanding options for travelers craving offbeat, nature-rich summer escapes.

The campaign stitches together Mongolia’s must-do moments—sweeping grasslands, a quirky mini desert, overnight stays in a ger (yurt) and unforgettable stargazing—and schedules departures for June through August, the prime window to enjoy Mongolia’s open landscapes and lakes.
Highlights include Terelj National Park, the Runsum mini desert, immersive nomadic experiences and dedicated stargazing. ModuTour features offerings under its premium Modu Signature brand, plus departures from major Korean cities (Incheon, Cheongju, Busan, Daegu) and Mongolia golf tours. The flagship itinerary, “Mongolia: Terelj & Runsum Mini Desert” (5 days), flies Korean Air and pairs the Terelj grasslands with the Runsum mini desert.
The package minimizes on-site costs by removing tips, optional add-ons and shopping stops, and includes new ger double rooms on the Terelj grasslands and a five-star hotel in Ulaanbaatar. Key activities span camel rides in the Runsum mini desert, horseback riding in Terelj, Purugong off-roading, stargazing, a traditional performance, massages and an interior tour of the Genghis Khan Equestrian Statue. The nomadic program also offers building a small traditional ger, trying on traditional clothing and archery practice.

Yellow Balloon will spotlight Guam’s PIC Resort packages and U.S. West tours on its YellowLIVE broadcasts at 2 PM on May 27 and 28 via its website and app. With fuel surcharges and currency fluctuations influencing traveler choices between short beach breaks and longer multi-destination trips, the company is offering 4- and 5-day Guam packages alongside 9- and 10-day U.S. West itineraries.
The Guam PIC Resort package, unveiled May 27, offers 4- and 5-day options on Korean carriers such as Korean Air, Jin Air and Air Seoul.
