At check-in, guests receive a QR business card featuring the Moxy Crew member who welcomed them. Scanning the QR code opens the hotel’s digital concierge—no app download required—where guests can quickly access facility and service guides, operating details, tips, and current promotions and events.
Each QR card also lists the crew member’s interest keywords so interactions feel personal rather than purely informational. Prompts like music, travel, restaurants, gaming, and pets are designed to spark easy, natural conversations between guests and staff.
The digital concierge lays out everything guests need in a clean, intuitive format: guides to major hotel facilities, room how-tos, dining hours, fitness and common-area info, and AI-powered local recommendations. Guests can also scan specific items or spaces to see how to use them, and playful game elements boost Moxy’s energetic, sensory brand experience.
