Park Na-rae Faces Police Investigation: What Are the Shocking Allegations Behind the Controversy?
Daniel Kim Views
Comedian Park Na-rae is set to face police questioning over allegations arising from disputes with her former managers.

Park Na-rae’s representatives announced on the 10th that she is scheduled to appear at the Gangnam Police Station in Seoul on the afternoon of the 12th. This marks the first time Park Na-rae will be questioned as a defendant.
The comedian has been embroiled in controversy, accused of mistreating her former managers and receiving illegal medical services from an individual known as “Injection Aunt.” Two ex-managers filed for a property seizure worth approximately 100 million KRW (about 75,000 USD) at the Seoul Western District Court last December, citing issues such as unauthorized prescriptions and unpaid fees. They also reported Park Na-rae to the Gangnam Police Station on charges of aggravated assault, defamation through false statements, and violations of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.
In retaliation, Park Na-rae filed a counter-complaint against her former managers, accusing them of extortion and embezzlement.
Addressing the controversy surrounding illegal medical services, Park Na-rae claimed she believed “Injection Aunt” was a licensed medical professional. Police are currently investigating the facts related to the individual known as “Injection Aunt.”
As a result of these allegations, Park Na-rae has withdrawn from all her ongoing variety show appearances, including MBC’s “I Live Alone” and tvN’s “Amazing Saturday.” She will, however, appear unedited in the pre-recorded Disney+ variety show “War of Destiny 49,” set to be released on the 11th.
