[NewsCulture reporter Park Dong-seon] Tomorrow X Together’s latest single, “Stick With You,” has been reinterpreted by some of South Korea’s most respected vocalists, offering a thoughtful new way to experience K-pop.
On May 2, BigHit Music said the title track from TXT’s mini eighth album, “Stick With You,” has drawn renewed attention after cover videos were posted on the personal channels of singers Byul, Gummy and Na Yoon-kwon.

The covers were released in a relay-style sequence: a duet by Na Yoon-kwon and Byul kicked things off, followed by each artist’s solo vocal videos, and concluding with Gummy’s solo interpretation.
Na Yoon-kwon and Byul opened their duet by inserting the phrase “Anbu, untold stories” at the intro — a deliberate nod to the 2005 hit “Anbu.” With evocative visual staging and delicate harmonies, they amplified the song’s aching love narrative and left listeners with a resonant emotional aftertaste distinct from the original.
Gummy took a different approach, centering her cover on live vocal performance to enrich the content. She layered her trademark, emotionally charged voice atop a rhythmic R&B arrangement, converting a performance-driven dance track into a vocal pop piece intended for listening, and delivering a fresh sonic reward.
Turning the original’s intense electro-pop into something sung with deep feeling reflects the project’s aim: to convey the song’s core appeal through veteran artists’ interpretations. Recasting a performance-focused K-pop track as listening-oriented vocal pop broadens how audiences can engage with idol music, suggesting meaningful ripple effects for consumption habits.
Meanwhile, Tomorrow X Together has shown strong momentum: “Stick With You” has topped the Circle Chart download chart for two consecutive weeks and secured a domestic music-show grand slam by winning five programs.
