[Sports Today reporter Kim Tae-hyung] The band QWER (Q-W-E-R) is sharpening its musical craft and solidifying its identity as artists.
QWER (Chodan, Magenta, Hina, Siyeon) shared the tracklist for their fourth mini-album, CEREMONY, on their official social media on the 10th.
The image accompanying the announcement was styled like a diploma. Each song title is handwritten as if signed, drawing attention to the design.
According to the tracklist, the mini contains five songs: the title track “CEREMONY,” “BAD HABIT,” “Bani Bani,” “Our Voyage,” and “PIONEER.”
Member involvement stands out on this record. All four members contributed lyrics to the title track “CEREMONY” as well as to “BAD HABIT” and “Bani Bani,” underscoring a noticeable advance in their songwriting and artistic development.
CEREMONY is QWER’s first release in roughly 10 months since their third mini-album last June, I’m on Your Side, Even If the Whole World Is Out of Tune. With an expanded narrative, the group opens a new chapter and reasserts their musical identity.
QWER’s fourth mini-album, CEREMONY, will be released at 6 p.m. on the 27th across major streaming platforms.
