BTS members Jimin and Jungkook shared behind-the-scenes details about the making of their latest album.
On the 2nd, the YouTube channel ‘Choo Sung-hoon’ posted a video featuring Choo Sung-hoon alongside BTS members Jimin and Jungkook.
Jimin and Jungkook joined Choo Sung-hoon for a charcoal sauna session and said the footage was filmed while they were deep in dance rehearsals—just two months before their comeback.
Earlier, BTS held an expansive song camp in the U.S. to work on the record. “We made about 100 songs,” Jimin said, explaining that the group narrowed roughly 100 tracks down to 14 and then completed the final recordings for those 14 in Korea. Jungkook added, “I would wake up and go exercise, come back to eat, shower, then head out again to keep working on songs—then eat and sleep,” underscoring how singularly focused the camp was.
Meanwhile, BTS released their fifth full-length album, Arirang, on the 20th of last month and are currently promoting the lead single “Swim.”
