Thank you to everyone who joined us at the Gwanghwamun performance.

Hello, this is BTS.

After a long four-year wait, all seven of us reunited and met you in the meaningful space of Gwanghwamun. We want to thank everyone whose unwavering consideration and support helped ensure our comeback stage was completed safely.

First, we bow in gratitude to the police, firefighters, and government and local officials who welcomed Gwanghwamun Square as our comeback stage and worked to keep the event safe and free of major incidents despite the large turnout.

We also sincerely apologize to—and thank—the citizens who endured traffic controls and noise, and the merchants and office workers around Gwanghwamun. We will not take your generous understanding for granted, and we will keep that warm consideration close to our hearts for a long time.

And above all, our everything and our pride, beloved ARMY!

Thank you so much for believing in us and waiting patiently for such a long time. When I heard your cheers filling the square, I was overwhelmed and thought, ‘At last, we’re back.’ We were deeply moved by how you treated one another with consideration and enjoyed the performance with maturity and order despite the large turnout. As always, you are our greatest pride. We also send our heartfelt love and thanks to ARMY around the world who shared the moment with us through screens everywhere.

This Gwanghwamun stage wasn’t just for the seven of us. It was the product of the efforts of those who kept everyone safe, the citizens’ warm understanding, and ARMY’s unwavering love.

We will not forget the tremendous love and support you’ve shown us. On BTS’s journey ahead, we will work to make music that resonates more deeply and carries greater meaning. I hope the powerful memories from today remain a pleasant presence in your daily lives for a long time.

We were truly, incredibly happy.

Thank you.
