K-pop sensation ENHYPEN has solidified their presence in the Japanese market with impressive achievements.
The Japan Record Association reported on the 10th that ENHYPEN’s mini-album ‘THE SIN: VANISH’ has been certified ‘Platinum’ after surpassing 250,000 units shipped as of January.
The association awards certifications based on cumulative monthly shipments, with ‘Gold’ at 100,000 units, ‘Platinum’ at 250,000, and ‘Double Platinum’ at 500,000.
The album’s release in Japan was met with immediate enthusiasm. It claimed the top spot on the Oricon Daily Album Ranking on January 21 and dominated Line Music’s Weekly ‘Album Top 100’ chart for the week of January 14-20. The album’s strong performance on both Oricon and Billboard Japan weekly charts further demonstrated the group’s robust local fanbase.

Riding this wave of success, ENHYPEN is set to host a global fan event, ‘VAMPIRE IS COMING,’ in Tokyo on the 14th. The event will offer fans an immersive experience into the album’s concept, featuring a screening of the mini-album’s chapter video and fostering direct interaction with the group.
ENHYPEN’s commercial triumph extends beyond Japan, with notable success in both Korea and the United States. ‘THE SIN: VANISH’ moved over 2.07 million copies in its first week, marking the group’s fourth ‘Double Million Seller’ album.
In the U.S., the album debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200, extending ENHYPEN’s impressive streak to six consecutive albums in the chart’s top 10.
Adding to their accolades, ENHYPEN’s track ‘SHOUT OUT’ from their mini-album ‘MANIFESTO: DAY 1’ has been chosen as the official anthem for Team Korea at the upcoming 2026 Milan-Cortina Winter Olympics, boosting morale for the national athletes.
