Kia plans to introduce a mid-size pickup for the U.S. market by 2030.
The truck will use a body-on-frame architecture and will be offered with both battery-electric (EV) and range-extended hybrid (EREV) powertrains.
It will slot into a competitive segment alongside the Toyota Tacoma and Ford Ranger.
