(Seoul=NSP Communication) KGeneral Motors is rolling out its 2026 Lunar New Year Vehicle Inspection Service to ensure customers traveling to their hometowns for the holiday can do so safely.
The service will be available from February 11th to 13th at 321 service centers nationwide, including the Gunpo Regional Service Center, covering all KGeneral Motors vehicle models (except large commercial vehicles).
The comprehensive inspection includes checks on batteries, engine oil and fluid leaks, coolant levels, lighting systems, climate control, brake and pad wear, tire condition and pressure, and heater and filter performance. These checks are crucial for safe long-distance travel. As an added benefit, customers will receive complimentary washer fluid top-ups after their inspection.
For electric vehicle owners, KGeneral Motors is offering a Special Safety Inspection Service. This includes additional checks on the battery, cabin heater coolant, and drive motor coolant, ensuring proper EV maintenance and safe operation.
Throughout the holiday period, KGeneral Motors will maintain a 24/7 emergency response service. This ensures that customers experiencing vehicle breakdowns or accidents can quickly receive assistance from the nearest service center.
